photographie: Aurélien Mole

L MD was founded by Laetitia Delorme and opened in March 2009. In collaboration with partner galleries and curators, the gallery will introduce and promote talented international artists in France through ambitious solo and group exhibitions. Interested in every medium of expression, L MD aims to be a venue for experimentation, with an interest in cultural differences and exchange.

After one year and a half in the seventh district of Paris, L MD will move to the Marais, 56 rue Charlot. The new space will consist of a main gallery (70m2) and a project room where young talents and specific projects will be presented. In situ production and artist residencies will be also programmed.
