 La Galerie Georges-Philippe & Nathalie Vallois a ouvert ses portes en septembre 1990 au 38 Rue de Seine. Elle déménage en 1996 au 36 Rue de Seine.
L’activité de la galerie s’articule autour de trois axes principaux : son programme contemporain, le conseil et le second marché.

Le programme contemporain est l’activité première de la galerie.
Depuis son inauguration en 1990, le but principal de la galerie est d’assurer la représentation et la promotion de jeunes artistes français et étrangers sur la scène internationale de l’art contemporain.
Cette activité se développe au sein d’une programmation d’artistes pour lesquels la galerie a la plupart du temps proposé la première exposition personnelle en galerie en France. Les artistes de la galerie bénéficient d’une exposition personnelle tous les deux ans.
En 1998, le Project Room, a été créé au sein de la galerie. Cet espace permet d’accueillir des artistes invités ou de présenter des projets spécifiques de nos artistes.

En parallèle, la Galerie Georges-Philippe & Nathalie Vallois a établi un travail à long terme de conseil auprès des collectionneurs privés et des institutions pour le développement des collections privées et publiques. Ce travail de conseil porte principalement sur les artistes issus du Nouveau Réalisme, mais aussi plus largement sur la création contemporaine.
